Years ago I went to a coffee plantation in Hawaii and the smell around there was heavenly! Had a few great cups of Kona Coffee there.

To make your own soffee is time consuming. First the crop is harvested. Then the flesh is peeled. This is the most consuming part. The flesh can be eaten. The seed is washed then dried in the sun. It is then roasted in the oven or fry pan until black. It is now ready to grind and use.
